Return Policy

ToolPartsConnect.com allows you to obtain a return authorization for a refund within 7 days of delivery of items purchased. Only if the following criteria is met:

  • Item must be in unused condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
  • Electrical parts, service kits, oils and lube are not refundable or exchangeable.

Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs associated to all returned shipments and refund applied will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, UNLESS items are being returned because of defect or shipping errors on our part; in these cases, the customer must call to file a claim and obtain a return label. In some instances, we will ask customers to submit pictures of damaged items to [email protected] to speed up the claim.

Return Procedure

Call (760)-201-8889 or email [email protected] to process a Return Authorization (RA#). Once RA# is obtained, you must send your return to:

Please include a copy of your order confirmation and/or write the RA# given to you by our customer service representative on the outside of the return package to facilitate and expedite the refund procedure.

All returns must be sent back to toolpartsconnect.com within 5 days of receiving an RA#. Any returns received after that time frame will be rejected and returned to the customer.

Please make sure that package being returned is packaged properly and securely, toolpartsconnect.com will not be responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Special Return Policy for Delta

ToolPartsConnect.com will not accept or process returns for any Delta Parts. If you feel a Delta part is defective please consult your Delta Sales Rep.

Shortages in shipping, Damaged or Defective items

The package and its contents must be inspected immediately by the customer on arrival and check for damaged or defective items and report any shortages or damage as needed.

Shortages

An email with an invoice/packing slip is sent to every customer to the email address provided on the order form. Please check this packing slip against the contents in your package once received. Any backordered items will not reflect on the invoice/packing slip and will ship separately once they become available. Please report any shorted or mis shipped items within 3 days of delivery.

Damaged

Items that were damaged in shipping must be reported within 1 day of delivery, customer must retain shipping box and packing material to facilitate damage claim with shipping company. Items damaged by customer during installation will not be replaced or warrantied by toolpartsconnect.com. Some parts may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, in this case, the customer must contact the original manufacturer directly and file a warranty claim with original manufacturer.

Defective

Defective items may include incomplete assemblies or unfished goods. Please report Defective items or unfinished goods within 1 day of delivery or installation.

Order Cancellation

Customers wishing to cancel an order must call (760)-201-8800 or email [email protected] Please have the order number you wish to cancel ready before you call, or make sure it is clearly noted in the email if you choose to email your order cancellation request. Cancellation request submitted without an order number will not be honored.

If your order has been processed and or shipped (either from our warehouse or from the OEM tool Mfg warehouse) before the cancellation request is submitted, your order cancellation request will be denied; and you must call to obtain an RA# to process a return once you have received the order (all return criteria will be applied including any restocking fees).

For order cancellations involving a dropship order

cancellation request must be called in and not emailed in. Orders processed as a dropship order, have special handling fees and procedures and once they have been processed and shipped, they can not be cancelled, so it is very important to call in the cancellation request as soon as possible if the order is no longer needed. Please note that special charges associated with dropship orders are not refundable.
